Strength & Breathe is a community event designed to connect breath-work practices with a group-based strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity. This workout is followed by a guided meditation designed to help you sink deeper within yourself.
Breakdown:
The class will begin with 10 minutes of breathwork to excite the nervous system, followed by 70 minutes of station strength & interval training. The workout section will include a dynamic warm-up, strength expressions, accessory work, metabolic conditioning, and core/stabilization work. Concluding class with a 10-minute guided meditation, this event will leave you feeling renewed, revitalized, and reconnected like never before.
